The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce today announced a partnership with Coggno, the premier Learning Management System (LMS) and online training marketplace, to provide our partners and their employees with an exclusive new partner benefit: access to a vast online library of online training courses.

The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to be able to provide an online training option to our partners to compliment the outstanding resources available through the WKU Division of Extended Learning and Outreach (DELO) and the Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College. Together, these three educational resources provide opportunities for all levels and goals in adult education.

Coggno specializes in providing a “one-stop shop” for individuals and organizations looking to purchase online training courses needed for certification, or to advance employee knowledge in topics such as workplace diversity, ethics, sexual harassment prevention, time management, and conflict resolution. Online training offers companies a cost-effective alternative to sending employees to expensive off-site conferences, giving them the opportunity to learn at their own pace on a wide variety of electronic devices, including tablets and smart phones.

“We are very proud of the relationship we’ve established with the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce,” said Coggno CEO Tod Browndorf, from the company’s offices in San Jose, CA. “Our goal is to provide easy access to a carefully edited selection of online training courses that are relevant to their membership.  We are very confident that their clients and employees will embrace online learning and subsequently enrich their professional lives with this highly effective method of training.”

Tonya Matthews, Vice President of Partnership Services, noted “We are very pleased with the collaboration with Coggno.  One of our primary goals is to provide value to our partners by providing the resources they need to grow and improve the skill set of their employees.  By adding online training to our service offerings, we feel we have addressed an important need among our partners - cost effective training on a wide variety of topics that can be accessed online.”

Partners can access the Coggno Online Training Module directly through the Chamber’s website (bgchamber.com) and purchase as few or as many courses as needed. Additionally, now through June 6th, the Chamber is offering interested partners a free class to get acquainted with the Coggno training program.  To redeem your free class:
