Today, the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. unveiled its new brand identity. The Chamber has received state and national attention for its chamber operations, economic development efforts and SCK LAUNCH initiative and needed to bring the logos of the three facets into alignment.
The new logo brings together the Bowling Green Area Chamber with an icon. The icon represents our famous BG acronym following the arrows of the nationally known South Central Kentucky logo and the classic blue and grey coloring synonymous with our region. The new visual identity presents the chamber as modern and evolving; it reflects the strength and direction of the organization and its commitment to innovation.
"Over the years, we've built a strong reputation for quality and innovation," said Ron Bunch, Bowling Green Area Chamber President and CEO. "We want to synergize the logos associated with our brands for our audiences. We are updating the chamber logo as a bold symbol of the fastest growing community in the Commonwealth."
"This is an exciting time for us and marks a strategic pivot point in our future development as a chamber," said Joy Hunt, chairman of the board. "While our commitment to the community we serve will not change, there is incredible potential to grow. Our new branding positions us for those opportunities."
The community can expect to see the new brand on the website, letterhead and communications immediately.
