The Chamber is always pleased to celebrate grand openings, relocations and significant anniversaries with ribbon cuttings/groundbreakings. Please contact Partnership Assistant Melinda Rector when your business/organization needs assistance with one of these events.

For Chamber partners who are celebrating with an open house/news conference/special presentation for a special event or milestone, the Chamber will be notifying the partnership of your event through email. The guidelines follow to participate:

• Information must be emailed to the Chamber two weeks in advance of the event and must not conflict with another Chamber event.
• E-mailed information should be no more than three sentences and include the date, time, location and purpose for celebration within the email.
  • Use the subject line "Chamber Partner Celebration” and include event date in the subject line as well.
• Events submitted will be included once in the Weekly E-news sent out by the Chamber on the Monday of the week of activities.
• Chamber newsletters will list the previous month open houses/news conferences/special presentations celebrated with the partnership.

* President’s Club Gold, Platinum and Diamond Star partners may request special community event celebrations with Chamber staff support.
