I understand that I am responsible for room set-up. The Chamber will provide tables, chairs, and linens. I understand that I am encouraged to schedule a time before my rental date to tour the facility and learn important information I will need to know before my event. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce’s Community Room Rental Policy. I understand that I am the person responsible and that by clicking submit, I accept the responsibility of that position as indicated in the Community Room Rental Policy. I understand that my reservation is tentative until confirmed by the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce. I understand that the Chamber reserves the right to deny rental for any reason.
