Chambers of commerce, women's organizations and universities present ATHENA Awards to those who exemplify the ATHENA Leadership Model each year. The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce presents the award, sponsored by Martin Automotive Group, to a Bowling Green professional each fall. In 2008, the Chamber began awarding the ATHENA Young Professional Award and is currently the only organization in Kentucky to present this award.
