Leadership Bowling Green

Leadership Bowling Green is a leadership development program coordinated by the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce. The program, which began in 1985, involves nine sessions, beginning with a retreat in April and ending with a graduation in November.

From applications submitted, 25 to 32 individuals are chosen each year to participate in Leadership Bowling Green. During the nine sessions, the class studies the community's strengths and challenges through lectures, discussions, tours and role-playing activities. The goal is to gain a wide knowledge about Bowling Green through an overview of a variety of community functions.

All materials, meals and lodging are included in the $1,180 tuition fee.
