Leadership Bowling Green Class of 2026-27 Application
Applicants should carefully review all scheduled dates prior to applying, as attendance at each session is required for graduation.

- August 20 | Kick-Off & After Hours
- September 17 & 18 | Retreat 1
- September 25 | Chamber Coffee Hour
- Program Days: October 14, November 11, December 9, January 13, February 10, March 10, and April 14
- May 6 - 7 | Retreat 2 City Visit
- May 13 | Graduation
Complete all steps.
1. Leadership BG Application Form
- Download the Leadership BG Application Form (Word document) and complete all required fields and essay questions.
- Save your completed form as a PDF file using the format: LastNameFirstNameLBG2027.pdf.
- Have this file ready for upload before starting the online application.
- Application available to download here
2. Letter of Recommendation
- Choose a person to provide a letter of recommendation that highlights your leadership abilities and community involvement.
- Have one letter of recommendation in PDF format ready to upload.
- Save and name the file using the format: LastNameFirstNameRecommendation.pdf.
- Only one letter can be uploaded, so select the most impactful one.
3. Employer Commitment Form
- Your employer/supervisor must complete and sign the Employer Commitment Form.
- Print, sign, scan, and save the form as a PDF file.
- Name the file using the format: LastNameFirstNameEmployerCommitment.pdf.

4. Submit Application
- Upload the completed forms from Steps 1 and 3, along with the Letter of Recommendation, in the fields below. Also, provide your email address.
