To schedule your ribbon cutting or groundbreaking ceremony, please complete the form below. After completion, a Chamber Staff Member will contact you to confirm your date and other details.

We do ask if you choose to provide catering or decoration for your open house to consider using a fellow Chamber partner. Please visit the Chamber Business Directory for a list of available businesses.
Building or moving? Please be advised that if your facility is currently under construction, being remodeled, or relocating, a ribbon cutting is best when scheduled after completion of the business' construction or relocation. Construction schedules are unpredictable and scheduling a partner celebration based on a construction deadline could lead to requesting a date change or cancelation on the partner's behalf. We promise to make the best of your event once the dust settles!
Desired Date: Please provide two dates in case of internal conflicts. All dates must be at least 6-8 weeks in advance.
Partner celebrations may only take place during the work week within standard business hours. Times are Tuesday or Thursday 11 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.
