MORGANTOWN, KY. - Gracious Living Corporation, is pleased to announce an expansion to its operations in Morgantown, KY. This expansion represents the second major manufacturing expansion for Morgantown in under a year and is representative of the strong community of Morgantown and Butler County.

Mayor Billy Phelps also expressed enthusiasm about the expansion: "Gracious Living's decision to expand here is a testament to the strength of our local workforce and the quality of life in Morgantown. We look forward to their continued success and the positive impact it will have on our community."

Purchased in 2023, Gracious Living Corporation’s dedication to growing the Morgantown facility highlights Morgantown’s strategic location and committed workforce. This expansion will be facilitated by an investment of $9.7 million, and result in the creation of 50 new jobs by the end of 2025.

Gracious Living's commitment to retaining its 37 current employees while adding 50 more positions is part of a larger vision to bolster the local economy and support the community of Morgantown. The company, in collaboration with the City of Morgantown and other local partners, is poised to make a lasting impact on the region.

Year to date, the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce has announced four economic development projects in South Central Kentucky, totaling $151 million in capital investment creating 225 new jobs in the region. Bowling Green has also been recognized as the #1 Tier 2 Metros in the United States for 2023 and Top 6 for 11 consecutive years by Site Selection Magazine. The Chamber has also been awarded the Mac Conway Award by Site Selection Magazine which recognized the Chamber of Commerce as a Top 20 Economic Development Organization in the Country for the last three consecutive years.
