The event kicked off with BGYP Chair Joye Beth Spinks (ELPO), who energized the crowd with a heartfelt welcome. She reminded attendees that BGYP is all about Cultivating lasting connections, Accelerating careers with purpose, and Belonging to the heartbeat of BG —and today’s session was focused on career acceleration.
