Bowling Green, KY., March 25, 2025 – Today the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce held its eighth annual WE3 Women’s Leadership Conference presented by SHE•OLOGY. This year’s event was held at the Knicely Conference Center and hosted over 400 businesswomen and special guests. Attendees enjoyed breakfast, networking, vendor shopping, lunch, and multiple influential speakers.

The WE to the Power of Three Women’s Leadership Conference was created to inspire and empower women in the South-Central Kentucky business community. This year’s theme—In the Driver's Seat—featured five speakers, which included:

  • Penny Bowles, Deputy Chief, Bowling Green Police Department
  • Nicole Clement, Mental Health Coach & Founder, Bridge to Restoration
  • Jasmine Hollis, 12th Grade, Warren East High School
  • Court Stevens, Executive Director, Warren County Public Library & Published Author
  • Kelly Thomas, President & CEO, Vista Metals

The event’s mission is to “Empower, Enlighten, and Engage” women while encouraging them to go out and make a positive change in their business worlds.
