
BOWLING GREEN, KY., July 31, 2025 – ValorFlex Holdings of Kentucky, a veteran-owned leader in manufacturing, real estate and energy resource innovation, announced its plans today to establish its new corporate headquarters in Bowling Green, Kentucky, committing $6.4 million in capital investment and creating 25 new diverse high-paying full-time jobs in Warren County.

Founded and led by U.S. Marine Corps veteran Thomas Hazlette, ValorFlex Holdings of Kentucky’s decision to establish its corporate offices in Bowling Green reflects both strategic alignment and personal connection.
This announcement follows ValorFlex’s recently publicized $23.4 million investment to establish an advanced manufacturing facility in Bowling Green, creating 82 full-time positions. Together, these expansions position Bowling Green as the central hub of the company’s growing national footprint.
