On October 16, the Bowling Green Young Professionals (BGYP) kicked off the morning with coffee, pastries, and plenty of good conversation under the crisp fall sky. Hosted by Lost River Cave and generously sponsored by M&L Electrical, this Coffee & Convos event brought together members for networking, nature, and a bit of adventure.

Justin Jennings, CEO of Lost River Cave, shared stories about the cave’s history and the staff’s ongoing efforts to protect its diverse 72-acre property—including wetlands, meadows, prairies, and trails.

Hillary Rickel, from VIP Magazine, also joined the group to share about the honor and selection process behind Bowling Green’s 40 Under 40, highlighting the inspiring professionals recognized for their leadership, community service, and innovation.

Afterward, attendees enjoyed a stroll along the annual Scarecrow Trail, where they spotted the one and only BGYP Scarecrow proudly on display!

It was a perfect fall morning to connect with peers, meet local leaders, and celebrate the natural beauty that makes Bowling Green shine.

Special thanks to M&L Electrical for sponsoring this event and to our Exclusive Champion Partner, The Mint Gaming Hall, for their continued support of BGYP programming and professional growth opportunities.
