Alumni from across four decades gathered last Thursday evening for a celebration that was more than a reunion—it was a powerful reflection on the impact Leadership Bowling Green has had on our community for 40 years. From the pioneering classes of the 1980s to the newest graduates shaping today’s vision, generations of leaders came together to honor a program that continues to elevate both individuals and the region.
What makes Leadership BG extraordinary isn’t just the experiences—it’s the people. Our alumni represent every sector of Bowling Green and Warren County, working daily to strengthen our economy, expand services, build organizations, and inspire innovation. Their influence shows up in new partnerships, community initiatives, and the steady leadership that moves our region forward year after year.
A highlight of the evening was the announcement that the City of Bowling Green and Warren County officially proclaimed November 13, 2025, as Leadership Bowling Green Day. This recognition honors four decades of Leadership BG graduates whose contributions have shaped the community’s growth, resilience, and momentum. It is a meaningful acknowledgment of the program’s legacy and its continued importance to our future.
Throughout the night, alumni reconnected, shared memories, and reflected on how Leadership BG shaped their journeys. One message resonated consistently: the ripple effect of this program is real. When leaders come together, their collective impact is powerful. They generate ideas, build solutions, and forge the collaborations that propel Bowling Green forward.
