2026 Employer Research Study:
The Language Gap and UnDesked invite employers across South Central Kentucky to participate in this short employer research study focused on workforce communication and retention in today’s evolving labor market. The information collected will help better understand the challenges and opportunities businesses face when managing multilingual workplaces and will help inform future employer resources, workforce strategies, and support initiatives. The survey is anonymous, requires approximately 3 minutes to complete, and select findings may be included in future industry research publications.
